The shown Pictures represent major tear out and re-do on our outside undercroft stairway steps.
Old steps had deteriorated to the point of major concern and where part of the early 1960’s undercroft ( basement) renovation.
So, we enjoyed 50+ years of service life from the original stairway steps. Can we get another 50+ years from this new major building improvement?
